Cast alloys and aluminium mortars
We specialize in the production of high-quality casting aluminum alloys and mortars made in accordance with PN, EN, DIN and other standards, as well as with chemical compositions according to individual orders. Our advantage, in addition to guaranteed quality, is high flexibility, especially for alloys with unusual chemical compositions and small batches.
Goose:
We produce alloys in the form of tripartite ingots weighing 10 – 12 kg, marked with the grade and number of the melt. We pack the ingots in stacks fastened with a steel tape to facilitate their transport.
Ingots:
We produce ingots with diameters from Ø60 to Ø300mm and rolling ingots (according to the specification presented below) for plastic working or direct machining.
For larger orders, it is possible to develop a crystallizer with dimensions adapted to the requirements of the customer.
We have the ability to cut ingots to the size that suits the customer.

Novelty!
We have the first line in Poland for casting magnesium alloy ingots using the semi-continuous method with a diameter of Ø100 and Ø160mm.
