Al alloys and Mg alloys

We are an experienced manufacturer of high-quality Al alloys and Al mortars alloys, particularly AlSi, AlCu, AlMg, and AlNi alloys, that are suitable to a wide range of industrial applications.

We offer alloys:

manufactured in accordance with PN, EN, DIN standards,
produced to special order, in line with individual requirements concerning chemical composition.

Our strengths include high quality, production flexibility, and the ability to produce non-standard chemical compositions as well as small production batches.

Alloys are supplied in ingots of 7–8 kg or 10–12 kg.

Ingots for plastic processing and mechanical treatment

We produce ingots intended for plastic processing and machining from various grades of aluminum and magnesium alloys, in accordance with the customer’s requirements.

The alloys are produced:

according to applicable standards,
according to non-standard customer specifications.

We have our own accredited laboratory, which enables the certification of products in terms of chemical composition, structure, and mechanical properties.

We are able to produce ingots:

round, with diameters from Ø60 to Ø450 mm,
rectangular.

Upon customer’s request it is possible to develop a crystallizer with parameters tailored to individual requirements. We also offer ingots cutting to requested size and heat treatment.
