Decorative and protective transparent oxide coatings are produced in sulfuric acid solutions.
Maximum dimensions of elements 1100×2500 mm. Coating thicknesses up to 25 μm.
We have the ability to produce coloured coatings in a wide range of colours (black, red, blue, orange, green) on elements with maximum dimensions of 1000 x 350 mm
Hard, anti-abrasive anodic oxide coatings are produced on aluminum elements exposed to abrasion.
Maximum dimensions of elements 1200×1900 mm. Coating thicknesses up to 150 μm and hardness 250-450 HV (depending on the grade of aluminum alloy). We also offer services in the selection of aluminum grades and its alloys for elements intended for anodic oxidation.
Components intended for hard anodic oxidation must have technological holes (through or threaded). Technical details regarding the anodizing process (type of holes, grades of aluminum alloys intended for anodic treatment) are provided by phone.
We do not carry out mechanical treatment of elements before the anodizing process (glass blasting, sandblasting). This type of processing is the responsibility of the Ordering Party.
