Cast and drawn products
We specialize in small-batch production of cast products made of non-ferrous metals as well as drawn solid and bimetal products. We manufacture alloys with unusual chemical compositions according to customer specifications and in small batches
The range of cast products includes
- copper and alloyed copper (CuMg, CuAg) in the form of flat and round ingots weighing up to 100 kg
- zinc and zinc alloys in the form of ingots and flat and round ingots weighing up to 100 kg
- a wide range of brass and bronze in the form of ingots and flat and round ingots weighing up to 100 kg
- tin-based alloys in the form of flat and round ingots weighing up to 50 kg
- copper-based pre-alloys in the form of flat and round ingots weighing up to 50 kg
- special and non-standard alloys according to customer specifications
- production of materials from non-ferrous metals and their alloys intended for certified reference materials (CRM)
The range of drawn solid and bi-metal products includes:
- rods and wires with a diameter of 12÷0.5 mm of non-ferrous materials
- copper wires made of Cu-OFE and Cu-ETP in a wide range of diameters and various states of hardening
- FeNi42Mn1/Cu bimetal wires in a wide range of diameters from 0.8 to 0.2 mm and various hardening states
- Fe/Cu21, Fe/Cu30 and Fe/Cu40 bimetal wires in a wide range of diameters from 2.0 to 0.2 mm and various hardening states
- Cu/FeNi59 bimetal wires in a wide range of diameters and various hardening states
- Al/Cu10 and Al/Cu15 bimetal wires in a wide range of diameters and various states of hardening
- Fe/Cu bimetal rods with different core and shell shares
