of the materials production process, in particular in the field of:<\/h5>\n<ul><li>melting and casting process of non-ferrous metals and their alloys,&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>plastic processing (extrusion, rolling, drawing),&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>unit and continuous galvanizing,&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>design and production of new alloys and composites,&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>additive technologies (3D printing in metal),&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>producing materials for certified reference materials,&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>waste recycling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f145160 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5f145160\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" chemical composition of alloys and composites<\/li>\n<li>the process of melting non-ferrous metals and their alloys using induction and resistance heating technology, including the refining process and protection of the liquid bath<\/li>\n<li>static casting process for metal and sand molds, continuous casting, centrifugal casting<\/li>\n<li>process of producing cast composite materials on a metal matrix reinforced with ceramic and carbon particles (Stir Casting)<\/li>\n<li>process of high-temperature pressure infiltration of sintered porous skeletons<\/li>\n<li>intensive SPD plastic processing processes carried out by extrusion using the KOBO method and cyclic bending using the RCS method<\/li>\n<li>plastic forming processes through unit dry and wet drawing, multi-stage wet drawing<\/li>\n<li>plastic forming processes through cold and hot static pressing<\/li>\n<li>plastic forming processes by cold rolling, hot rolling, slot rolling, profile rolling<\/li>\n<li>aheat treatment processes of non-ferrous metals and their alloys and steel of various sizes, including tarnish-free heat treatment in a protective and reducing atmosphere of 95% N<sub>2<\/sub> \/ 5% H<sub>2<\/sub><\/li>\n<li>process of refining the surface of wires by producing a sodium tetraborate coating (boraxing)<\/li>\n<li>unit and continuous hot-dip galvanizing processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Manufacturing processes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>production of two-component primary alloys from non-ferrous metals and their alloys with various chemical compositions<\/li>\n<li>production of cast products from non-ferrous metals and their alloys in individual or short series in a wide range of products<\/li>\n<li>production of materials from non-ferrous metals and their alloys intended for certified reference materials (CRM)<\/li>\n<li>production of new alloys and composites from non-ferrous metals with any configuration of chemical composition<\/li>\n<li>production of drawn products from non-ferrous metals and their alloys in a wide range of diameters<\/li>\n<li>production of materials with a layered and gradient structure, including Cu\/Fe, Cu\/Al, Cu\/FeNi42 bimetal rods and profiles<\/li>\n<li>production of composite solid and powder wires for additive technologies and laser and plasma surface treatment processes<\/li>\n<li>production of brazing layered materials based on silver alloys in the form of tapes intended for joining carbide ceramics with a steel substrate<\/li>\n<li>production of soldering alloys intended for brazing<\/li>\n<li>production of highly conductive composite wires with an ordered multi-fiber structure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
