- This privacy policy governs the rules for using the website imn.lukasiewicz.gov.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website“), including the rules for saving and accessing data on the end devices of the Website users.
- Administrator of the Website and Administrator of personal data processed through the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals based in Gliwice (44-100 Gliwice), ul. Sowińskiego 5 (hereinafter referred to as: “Administrator“). - The administrator of personal data collected via forms in the “Career” tab – Combine education with work in Łukasiewicz is the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals. - The website collects data about users. Some of the data is collected automatically and anonymously, and some of the data is personal data provided voluntarily by users via forms available on the Website.

COOKIES POLICY
- The Administrator, through the Website, uses cookies (text data stored on the Website user’s terminal equipment) to collect information on the use of the Website by users.
- The following cookies are used on the Website (essential).
a) Internal cookies – files placed and read from the user’s device by the Website’s IT system,
b) External cookies – files placed and read from the user’s device by the IT systems of external websites, specified in point 3 below. The Administrator takes all possible actions to verify and select Website partners in the context of user safety. The administrator selects well-known, large partners with global social trust for cooperation. However, it does not have full control over the content of cookies from external partners. However, it should be noted that ensuring the security of this data depends on both parties, including the user’s activity. The Administrator is not responsible for the interception of this data, impersonation of the User’s session or their deletion as a result of the User’s conscious or unconscious activity, viruses, Trojan horses and other spyware that may have infected the User’s Device.
