We are a professional recycler
We recover the following raw materials:
- lead,
- tin,

- molybdenum,
- tungsten,
- nickel,
- vanadium,
- precious metals (gold, platinum, palladium, rhodium, silver).
The following list specifies the desired parameters, but any slight differences from these values will be subject to suitability analysis.
Pb materials
- Pb min 35 – 40%
- As max 0,5%
- Cu max 0,1%
- Bi max 0,01%
- Tl min 0,01%
Desirable/acceptable accompanying metals: tin, antimony
Physical form: dust, dross, sinter, scrap, etc.
Source:
- dust from dedusting and dross in non-ferrous metallurgy processes (including copper, lead or zinc production),
- scrap from demolition, production of lead-acid batteries, scrap (cables, acid-resistant hoses and pipes, bullet cores, lead glass)
- battery paste and battery metallic fraction – ready for collection approx. from first quarter of 2020 (change of environmental permit); source: used batteries collectors, battery manufacturers – used batteries or defective production)
Sn materials
Chemical composition and physical form: unlimited, for evaluation in each case
Source: non-ferrous metallurgy processes, production processes of printed circuits and soldering materials, springs, bearings, tin scrap and tin alloys
Zn materials
- Zn min 40%
- Pb max 15%
- Fe max 5%
- Cl max 5%
- Cu max 1%
- As max 0,5%
- Mn max 0,5%
- Cd max 0,5%
- S max 0,5%
- Co max 0,05%
- K + Na + Ca max 1%
Material should not contain Ni, C, F
Physical form: dusts, sinters etc.
Source:
- dust from dedusting in the production of copper, lead, zinc and zinc alloys (brass),
- waste from galvanizing plants and zinc processing plants (sheets, gutters, etc.),
- foundry dusts and dross,
- zinc oxide / zinc white production plants,
- wood impregnators etc.
Cu materials
Should not contain Ni, Cd, As, Hg
Desired oxide form, sulfate in solid or solution, solution (may be contaminated), scrap, dross, sinters, etc.

- copper rod production processes,
- scrap and solutions from the production processes of printed circuits and electronics,
- cables, rails, windings and wires, coolers, air conditioners and heat exchangers,
- scrap from demolition, transmission networks (strips, pipes, sheets) , nets),
- bullet cores, nets and cages in aquaculture (coastal and shelf fish farming),
- offshore installations (desalination, transmission, hydraulics, seawater intake) e.g. oil wells and drilling platforms,
- renewable energy sources,
- ships
Precious metals
- rhodium,
- palladium,
- platinum,
- silver,
- gold
Physical form: no special restrictions
Source:
- printed circuit and electronics production plants (including multilayer capacitors, hybrid integrated circuits),
- jewelry production plants,
- catalysts (including automotive for gas conversion and petrochemical in oil processing),
- platinum also in laboratory equipment,
- silver in alloys bearing
W materials
W min 35%
Alloys to be discussed each time, typical alloys: WCu, WFeNi, WC, WCoC, WRe
Physical form: scrap, dross, sinters, etc.

- used cutting tool scrap,
- cutting and abrasive elements, e.g. drills, mining drill bits, indexable inserts, etc.,
- electrodes,
- scrap of turbine engines,
- bearing scrap,
- bullet cores

Physical form: in particular dusts, powders, granulates, etc.
Source:
- chemical catalysts, including sulfur removal from gases (SO2 oxidation),
- petrochemical processes (e.g. ethylene oxidation),
- iron-vanadium alloys (including tool and spring alloys)

Ta materials
Source:
- electronics industry (e.g. electrolytic capacitors),
- acid-resistant and jewelery alloys,
- surgical alloys,
- bullet cores
Mo materials
Source:
- chemical catalysts, including sulfur removal from gases (SO2 oxidation),
- petrochemical processes (e.g. ethylene oxidation),
All materials containing the above-mentioned elements are of interest and may be the subject of discussions about suitability, even in the case of slight deviations from specific parameters.
